A Peoples Health fitness class for seniors.
The Works burns calories, builds strength, and improves flexibility. The Works is a low-impact, full-body workout. It starts with light cardiovascular exercises, followed by light strength training, and ends with gentle stretching. It will leave you feeling great from head to toe!
